I spend every day on the phone and in project meetings with construction executives, hiring managers, and operations leaders, translating what they need into the search parameters our headhunters work from. My focus is on quality of communication: the faster and cleaner the brief, the faster the right candidate lands in the interview seat. What I care about is making every client feel like they’re the only client we have.
