As a Headhunter at Amundson Group, I work alongside Hunter Mills on our Georgia desk, covering all construction roles — from superintendents and project managers through to estimators, foremen, and support roles — across Atlanta, Savannah, and the surrounding markets. Georgia is a high-velocity market, and contractors here need a recruiting partner who can keep pace. I focus on building a bench of pre-qualified candidates so that when one of our clients has an urgent need, I can move in days, not weeks. What I care about is delivering the kind of speed that actually changes how our clients hire.
