I’ve spent years coaching founders and CEOs through the same transitions AG is navigating now — from founder-led boutique to scaled, category-leading recruitment firm. I work closely with our founders on long-term strategy, key hires, and the external relationships that shape the firm’s reputation. My role is to challenge assumptions, open doors, and make sure we stay focused on building a company that construction executives trust with their most important hires. What I care about is durable, values-led growth — not growth for its own sake.
