As a Headhunter at Amundson Group, I focus on sourcing and research — building the top-of-funnel candidate pipelines that our client-facing headhunters turn into placements. I work across every sector we cover — heavy civil, site development, paving, multi-family, data center, rail, tunnels, and wastewater — identifying the superintendents, project managers, estimators, and foremen who are worth a longer conversation. My role is to make sure no qualified candidate gets missed, and that our team has the cleanest, most accurate market map in the business. What I care about is the quality of the research — because everything downstream depends on it.
