As a Headhunter at Amundson Group, I cover two things that sit at opposite ends of the construction-hiring spectrum. I lead our Tennessee, Arizona, and Colorado desks — covering every construction role across Nashville, Phoenix, and Denver, from superintendents and project managers through to estimators, foremen, and field engineers. And I lead our Survey, Scheduling, and Fleet practice nationally — the quieter specialist roles that actually determine whether a project stays on schedule. Working alongside Irene Hendricks and Elanza Loedolff on the specialist side, I make sure clients in my three growth markets also get access to the best survey, scheduling, and fleet talent in the country. What I care about is matching technical depth to the specific cadence of each market.
