As a Headhunter at Amundson Group, I cover all construction roles across North and South Carolina — Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, and the growth corridors in between. The Carolinas have some of the most active heavy civil and site development work in the country right now, and I spend my time inside that market — talking to superintendents, project managers, estimators, and foremen about what they’d move for and what they wouldn’t. What I care about is building placements that match the specific cadence of Carolina projects — because the pace of work down here is different, and the right fit reflects that.
