As an Account Manager at Amundson Group, I’m the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of construction clients across our core sectors. I own the weekly cadence — candidate shortlists, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post-placement check-ins — so clients always know where their search stands. I work hand-in-glove with our headhunting team to make sure briefs get delivered to the right specialist and that feedback loops stay fast. The best client relationships I’ve built are the ones where I’m not just filling roles, I’m helping clients think about what the right team looks like 12 months out. What I care about is long-term partnership.
