As a Business Development lead at Amundson Group covering all U.S. states, I partner with construction contractors who are ready to hire faster and smarter. My focus is on introducing our team to firms building heavy civil, site development, paving, multi-family, and data center projects — and showing them why a specialist recruitment partner delivers a different class of candidate. I work closely with Presidents, VPs of Operations, and Talent leaders to understand their project pipeline and design searches that map to what they actually need to build. What I care about is being genuinely useful from the first conversation — because that's what earns long-term work.
