Foremen are where real project execution lives, and I take that seriously. I build my network from the ground up, one conversation at a time, on jobsites and on the phone, so that when a client needs a foreman next Monday, I already know who’s available and who’s right for the job. What I care about is making sure the foremen I place succeed — because that’s what keeps projects on schedule.
