Amundson Group
Punch Out Foreman
A self-performing contractor is hiring a Punch Out Foreman to lead water meter replacement work across existing neighborhoods in Florida. This is hands-on field leadership for a crew running 1200-1800 hours, with direct responsibility for quality, schedule, and safety on active residential projects.
What you will run
- Water meter replacement operations in established neighborhoods
- Crew coordination and daily punch out execution
- Quality control and project timeline management
- Direct field supervision and trade coordination
What it takes
- Proven foreman or lead experience in utility or infrastructure work
- Strong background in water systems, meter installation, or similar mechanical/utility construction
- Ability to manage crews and maintain schedule discipline
- Florida location or willingness to relocate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Who we’re looking for
You’ve run crews on utility or infrastructure projects. You understand water systems work. You’re comfortable in neighborhoods, respectful of homeowners, and detail-oriented on punch out work. You’re not coming from a development or design background, and you’re not transitioning from plant operations or facility management roles. You’re a builder, not a facility guy.
