Project Superintendent – Asphalt/Paving
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee asphalt and paving projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing project setup, coordinating vendors and on-site crews, ensuring schedules are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in asphalt paving
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to oversee multiple crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Must be willing to work within approximately 50 miles of Denver
- Direct paving experience is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $95,000 – $130,000 salary (based on experience)
- Annual performance bonus
- Quarterly safety bonus
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided
