Amundson Group
A self-performing contractor in the Tampa area is hiring a Motor Grader Foreman to run daily operations on residential and commercial projects. This is hands-on equipment work, not a supervisory desk role. If you can cut subgrade and base on a motor grader and want stable work with a company that values skilled operators, this is worth your time.
What You Will Run
You will operate a motor grader on subdivision and commercial projects including hospitals, retail centers, and parking lots. All work is local to the Riverview and Tampa area. This is not highway or DOT work. You will be in the seat every day, and your performance on the machine is what matters.
What It Takes
- Proven ability to cut subgrade and base on a motor grader
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (you will drive a company truck)
- No DUIs in the last 3 to 4 years
- No theft offenses in the last 4 to 5 years
- 3 to 5 years of motor grader experience
Compensation and Benefits
$75,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and field performance. Company truck with gas card provided. Relocation package available for qualified out-of-state candidates.
How We Hire
We test in the field first. You will come onsite (typically 8 to 9 AM), get on the machine, and we will know within 30 to 45 minutes if this is a fit. If you pass, you will sit down with the VP of Field Operations and VP the same day or shortly after. Out-of-state candidates: we will screen you by video first, then fly you in and cover all travel costs if we move forward.
This is a real, urgent need. Good motor grader operators are hard to find. If you have the skills and want to work for a company that knows the difference, apply now.
