What you will run
You will oversee a utility crew handling grading, water, sewer, storm, and paving on large pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. We’re talking 100+ acre sites with multiple pipe crews working in parallel. Your crew will install miles of pipe in all sizes. The work is consistent for the next year minimum, with a strong lead on a 2-year steel mill project starting in early fall in Fayetteville, NC.
What it takes
- Proven foreman experience managing utility crews on heavy civil or industrial projects
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and manage production on large, complex sites
- Knowledge of grading, water, sewer, storm, and paving operations
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within North Carolina
- Leadership that keeps crews safe and on schedule
Comp and benefits
$80,000 to $90,000 per year. Hotel paid. $30 per day per diem. Foreman receives a crew cab diesel truck (4-door, 4-wheel drive F350 or Chevy 3500) with gas card.
