Our client, a self-performing contractor, is hiring a Superintendent to lead construction operations at a major federal project in Bossier City, Louisiana. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own day-to-day execution, crew management, and quality on a high-profile job. If you’ve built federal projects before, this is a strong fit.
What you will run
- Daily site operations and crew coordination
- Schedule management and progress tracking
- Quality control and safety compliance
- Subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Documentation and reporting to the project management team
What it takes
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal construction projects
- Strong understanding of federal compliance, reporting, and security requirements
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple trades simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-site daily
Compensation and benefits
120,000 to 140,000 per year, based on experience and background.
