Superintendent
A self-performing contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead operations on a major data center project in Augusta, Georgia. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with no travel required. What you will run
- Day-to-day project execution and site management on a data center construction project
- Coordination of trades, scheduling, and quality control
- Safety and compliance oversight
- Direct communication with ownership and project stakeholders
What it takes
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 per year
- Vehicle allowance: $900 to $1,100 per month, plus fuel and maintenance covered
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with 5% company match
- PTO: 2 weeks plus 8 paid company holidays
