Superintendent

A self-performing contractor with deep roots in the metro Atlanta market is hiring a Superintendent to lead site operations on a residential development project in the Braselton area. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, managing multiple crews on a high-volume grading and underground utilities job across 50+ acre sites. If you have experience running mass grading and utility installation on large residential lots, this is a stable, growing opportunity in a region where our client has been active for 15+ years and plans to stay.

What You Will Run

• One primary site with 2 to 3 crews under your direct supervision
• Mass grading, site prep, and underground utility installation on large residential developments
• Day-to-day operations, crew coordination, and quality control with the autonomy to make decisions and run the site your way
• Potential for additional project assignments as the company expands work across the region (Braselton, Gainesville, Conyers, Covington, Winder corridor)

What It Takes

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on mass grading and underground utility projects, 50+ acre sites preferred
• Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain schedule and quality standards
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on site daily
• Comfortable with technology (company phone and iPad provided)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly
• Company vehicle allowance (flexible, up to $800 per month)
• Commute compensation if your drive exceeds 90 miles
