A self-performing contractor with deep roots in the metro Atlanta market is hiring a Superintendent to lead site operations on a residential development project in the Braselton area. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, managing multiple crews on a high-volume grading and underground utilities job across 50+ acre sites. What You Will Run
- One primary site with 2 to 3 crews under your direct supervision
- Mass grading, site prep, and underground utility installation on large residential developments
- Day-to-day operations, crew coordination, and quality control with the autonomy to make decisions and run the site your way
- Potential for additional project assignments as the company expands work across the region (Braselton, Gainesville, Conyers, Covington, Winder corridor)
What It Takes
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on mass grading and underground utility projects, 50+ acre sites preferred
- Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain schedule and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on site daily
- Comfortable with technology (company phone and iPad provided)
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly
- Company vehicle allowance (flexible, up to $800 per month)
- Commute compensation if your drive exceeds 90 miles
