A self-performing contractor in South Florida is hiring a Construction Superintendent for a major multifamily project in Doral. This is a leadership role on a $118M, 400-unit residential development with 7 stories plus parking. You’ll run the day-to-day operations on a high-profile job for a repeat client, working directly with ownership and a quality-focused team.
What you will run
- Daily construction operations and crew coordination on a multifamily project with framing, concrete, MEP, and finishing phases
- Schedule management, safety compliance, and quality control across all trades
- Direct communication with ownership, project management, and subcontractors
- Site logistics, material flow, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
What it takes
- Proven framing background and hands-on construction experience
- Prior general contracting or self-performing experience in South Florida
- Strong leadership and communication skills with crews and management
- Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and maintain quality standards
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site daily
Comp and benefits
$90,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience.
