What you will run
- Day-to-day supervision of slipform concrete paving crews and equipment
- Quality control, safety compliance, and schedule management on active paving projects
- Coordination with project management and field teams to keep work on track
- Problem-solving on the fly when conditions or logistics shift
What it takes
- Hands-on experience running slipform concrete paving operations
- Proven track record managing crews and maintaining production standards
- Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce compliance on site
- Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with the office and field
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Texas as needed
Comp and benefits
$110,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and track record.
