Project Manager – Ocala, FL
A self-performing contractor is ramping up operations in Ocala and needs an experienced Project Manager to lead a new build from the ground up. This is a chance to establish yourself as the operational backbone of a growing team in a market with real momentum. You’ll own the project end-to-end, report directly to leadership, and set the standard for how this office runs.
What You Will Run
- Full project management responsibility for a new construction project in Ocala
- Day-to-day coordination of crews, subcontractors, and material flow
- Budget tracking, schedule management, and quality control
- Safety compliance and site documentation
- Direct communication with ownership and key stakeholders
What It Takes
- Proven project management experience in construction, preferably self-performing work
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills with crews, subs, and management
- Willingness to be hands-on and present at the jobsite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to train out of the Stuart office initially while the Ocala office is being established. No remote work. You will be on-site.
Compensation and Details
$100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and track record.
