A self-performing contractor in Georgia is hiring a Project Manager to own estimation and project coordination on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and communication directly impact project success and team performance.
What you will run
- Develop accurate and timely project estimates from scope through closeout
- Gather and evaluate project requirements by collaborating with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Apply analytical skills to ensure precision in estimates and identify project risks early
- Manage estimation workflows in industry-standard software and maintain organized project documentation
What it takes
- Demonstrated experience in construction estimation or project management
- Proficiency with estimation software and construction takeoff tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred background
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in estimation or construction management
- Proven track record on successful estimation projects with self-performing contractors
Compensation and benefits
$90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
