Project Manager Opportunity in Florida
Our client, a self-performing heavy civil contractor, is hiring experienced Project Managers to lead high-value infrastructure and commercial projects across Florida. If you have a track record managing $20-25 million projects and want to work with a team that builds what they bid, this is worth a conversation.
What You Will Run
- Full project delivery on heavy civil work including county DOT projects, theme park access roads, subdivisions, and large commercial site development
- Day-to-day operations, scheduling, budget management, and quality control on projects ranging from $20-25 million
- Coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget
- Field presence and problem-solving on active job sites
What It Takes
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on heavy civil or general construction projects
- Demonstrated success managing projects in the $15-25 million range
- Familiarity with county DOT work, site development, or similar infrastructure preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead in the field
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend time on job sites
- Florida-based or willing to relocate
Compensation and Benefits
$125,000 per year. Our client offers a competitive package for the right candidate.
