We’re recruiting a seasoned Pipe Foreman to lead large-diameter transmission pipeline crews across Texas. This is a leadership role built for someone who has earned respect in the field and brings an established crew ready to execute complex, deep-trench pipeline work at scale.
What You Will Run
You will manage a dedicated crew of 6 to 11 personnel through the full lifecycle of large-diameter transmission pipeline installation. Your crew stays intact and travels together job-to-job, working on projects across the region with consistent equipment and clear accountability.
- Lead daily production on steel, fiberglass, and bar-wrapped pipe systems
- Oversee installation in deep trench environments, up to 30 feet of excavation
- Coordinate crew tasks, equipment deployment, and site transitions
- Enforce safety compliance, trench box protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate with superintendents and project managers on execution and problem-solving
Crew Requirements
You must bring an established crew including at minimum:
- Lead Excavator (Hoe) Operator experienced in trench boxes and deep excavation
- Top Man
- Pipe Layer
Additional crew members can be supplemented as needed.
What It Takes
- Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in large-diameter pipeline construction
- Proven progression through field roles: laborer, operator/pipe layer, leadership
- Hands-on experience with transmission systems (not residential or subdivision utilities)
- Strong crew leadership and site management skills
- Ability to pass E-Verify requirements for yourself and crew
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly pay: $2,500 to $3,200 based on experience
- Company vehicle provided
- Performance-based annual bonus: $5,000 to $50,000 tied to project success, safety record, quality performance, and company results
