A self-performing contractor is hiring a Pipe Foreman to lead underground utility installation across multiple active projects in Georgia. This is hands-on leadership work: you’ll supervise crews of 8-10 people, manage daily operations, and solve problems before they become problems. If you’ve got fusion welding HDPE experience and want to run your own site, this is a real opportunity.
What You Will Run
- Lay water lines, storm water lines, sanitary sewer, and other underground utilities
- Supervise pipe installation from start to finish on a single site with your crew
- Operate hand and power tools, vibratory compactors, small hoists, and basic survey equipment
- Plan ahead, identify hurdles, and problem-solve in advance so work stays on track
- Manage crew documentation and time entry at end of day
- Handle trench boxing and dewatering operations
What It Takes
- Fusion welding HDPE pipe experience, required
- Ability to reliably commute to Lawrenceville, GA 30046 or willingness to relocate before start date
- Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL A preferred
- Hands-on leadership experience managing crews on underground utility work

Our client has 15 active projects in Georgia right now, with 2 in Florida and more on the horizon. Projects run 12-24 months, so you’re looking at stable, sustained work with real scope.
