Pipe Foreman – Georgia
A self-performing contractor is hiring a Pipe Foreman to lead underground utility installation across multiple active projects in Georgia. This is hands-on leadership work: you’ll manage crews of 8-10 people, install water lines, storm water systems, and sanitary sewer infrastructure, and keep projects moving through smart planning and problem-solving.
What You Will Run
- Supervise pipe installation crews on single-site assignments
- Lay water lines, storm water lines, sanitary sewer, and other underground utilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, vibratory compactors, small hoists, and basic survey equipment
- Plan ahead and identify potential hurdles before they become problems
- Manage daily documentation, crew time tracking, and site records
- Handle trench boxing and dewatering operations
What It Takes
- Fusion welding experience with HDPE pipe (required)
- Proven ability to supervise crews and manage underground utility work
- Hands-on knowledge of compaction, hoisting, and survey equipment
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- CDL A (preferred)
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Lawrenceville, GA 30046 before start date

Our client has 15 active projects in Georgia with 2 additional projects in Florida and more on the horizon. Projects typically run 12-24 months, giving you stability and the chance to build real relationships with your crew and the work.
