Pile Driving Foreman

  • Full Time
  • Florida

Amundson Group

A self-performing contractor in the Tampa Bay area is building out their pile driving operation and needs an experienced Foreman to lead crews on foundation work. This is a chance to join a growing team with real flexibility on project scope and the option to bring your own crew.

What You Will Run

You will oversee pile foundation installation across multiple project types, managing crew operations, equipment coordination, and day-to-day execution in the field. Your crew will work locally out of the St. Pete area with no travel per diem required, meaning you are home nightly. The team is actively expanding and moving resources across jobs, so you will have visibility into pipeline and growth.

What It Takes

  • Solid experience in pile foundation work and installation methods
  • Strong working knowledge of cranes and pile driving hammers
  • Proven ability to manage smaller crews and projects as needed
  • Background with firms like Junior Davis, Lane, or Middlesex is preferred
  • Willingness to work locally and be flexible across project assignments

The Opportunity

The initial project is based in St. Pete, with a target start of 2 to 3 weeks. If you have a small crew or team you want to bring, that conversation is on the table. This is a real growth situation for a contractor that knows how to execute pile work and wants to scale.

Compensation

Approximately $115,000 annually.

If you have the experience and want to talk about what this looks like, reach out to Amundson Group. We work only in construction and we know this market.
