A self-performing contractor in Georgia is hiring a Grade Foreman to lead earthworks and grading operations on residential, municipal, and civil projects across the Atlanta region. This is a hands-on leadership role managing crews, equipment, and schedules on projects ranging from small-scale to large infrastructure work. What you will run
- Mass grading and earthworks operations
- Underground utilities installation and coordination
- Crew leadership and daily site management
- Projects for residential, municipal, and civil clients
- Work primarily 1.5 hours outside of Atlanta
What it takes
- Proven foreman experience in grading, earthworks, or heavy civil
- Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and lead crews
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Knowledge of underground utilities and site preparation
- Reliability and a track record of safe, quality work
Compensation
$90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
