Superintendent – Battery Energy Storage System Project
A self-performing contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead construction operations on a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Shiloh, Georgia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own day-to-day site execution, quality, safety, and schedule for a specialized energy infrastructure build. What You Will Run
- Full site supervision and daily operations management on an active BESS construction project
- Coordination of trades, materials, and schedules to keep the project on track
- Quality control and safety compliance across all work activities
- Direct communication with ownership, engineering, and subcontractors
- Problem-solving and decision-making in real time on site
What It Takes
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on BESS or similar specialized construction projects
- Strong understanding of battery energy storage system construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule discipline
- Solid safety record and commitment to zero-incident operations
- Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and teams
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on site daily
Compensation
Salary range: 120,000 to 150,000 annually, based on experience and background.
