The Role
A self-performing contractor is hiring a Punch Out Foreman to lead water meter replacement work across existing neighborhoods in Florida. You’ll own the final phase of these projects, managing crews through completion and ensuring quality standards are met on every job.
What You Will Run
- Punch out operations for water meter replacement projects in residential areas
- Crew coordination and daily task management
- Quality control and final inspections before project closeout
- Timeline management on jobs ranging from 1200 to 1800 units
- Direct communication with project management and clients
What It Takes
- Proven foreman experience in utility or infrastructure work, specifically punch out phases
- Hands-on background in construction, not development or facility operations
- Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain quality standards under deadline pressure
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Willingness to work in Florida on active residential projects

You’ve run punch out work before. You know the difference between building something and finishing it right. You’re not coming from a development background, and you’re not someone who spent your career in plant operations or facility management. You’re a construction foreman who understands what it takes to close out a job cleanly.
