Assistant Project Manager, Greater Phoenix Area

Our client, a self-performing contractor in the water sector, is looking for an up-and-coming Assistant Project Manager ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a full-time position where hard work gets recognized and your impact matters.
What You Will Run
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination from start to finish
- Safety and quality control management on active job sites
- Budget forecasting and cost management
- Change order management and contract administration
- Subcontractor relationships and performance
- Project Engineer supervision and development
- Problem resolution on labor, material delivery, and contract issues
- Equipment, vehicle, and tools management
What It Takes
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to establish relationships and lead people
- Strong listening skills and willingness to learn from every project
- Comfort with relocation if the role requires it
