A self-performing contractor in Texas is hiring a Dirt Foreman to lead earthwork and site construction operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the dirt work from start to finish, managing crews, schedules, and quality on active job sites. If you have 3+ years running earthwork crews and speak fluent Spanish, this is a direct conversation.
What you will run
- Daily site operations and crew coordination on earthwork and site construction projects
- Reading, interpreting, and executing grading plans and blueprints in the field
- Quality control and safety compliance across all dirt work activities
- Equipment and material logistics to keep work moving
What it takes
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in earthwork or site construction
- Fluent bilingual capability in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret grading plans and blueprints
- Proven track record managing crews and delivering on schedule
Compensation and benefits
$80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
