The Reality
This is a 2-year commitment on a real project with a contractor who self-performs their work. You’ll be based in the field, leading a crew, and doing the work yourself. It’s not glamorous, but it’s steady, it’s substantial, and you’ll have real autonomy over your operation. The Southwest location means you’re away from major metros, but the project is solid and the work is consistent.
If you’re a Survey Party Chief looking for a long-term gig where you can actually lead and not just manage paperwork, reach out to Amundson Group.
