A self-performing contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead a battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Shiloh, Georgia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the day-to-day execution of a complex, specialized project. If you’ve built BESS facilities before, this is the opportunity we’re looking for.
What you will run
- Full superintendent responsibilities on a BESS project from mobilization through substantial completion
- Daily coordination of trades, materials, and safety protocols on site
- Quality control and schedule management to keep the project on track
- Direct communication with the general contractor and client stakeholders
What it takes
- Proven experience as a superintendent on at least one BESS or similar energy storage project
- Strong understanding of battery energy storage system construction and logistics
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on site daily in Shiloh, GA
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Salary range: 120K – 150K, depending on experience and background.
