Project Manager – Bossier City, Louisiana
Our client, a self-performing contractor, is hiring a Project Manager to lead a federal aviation project at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana. This is a high-visibility renovation and addition project with a prime contractor, and we’re looking for someone with federal project experience who can manage multiple trades and deliver on time.
What you will run
You will oversee a hangar renovation and addition project that includes concrete foundations, structural steel, pre-engineered metal building installation, and earthwork. You will coordinate with the prime contractor, manage subcontractors, track schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on a federal site. This is hands-on project leadership, not back-office work.
What it takes
- Prior experience on federal construction projects, preferably military or government work
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate with prime contractors
- Strong schedule and budget management skills
- Ability to work in a federal compliance environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on site regularly
Compensation and benefits
$100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and federal project background.
