- Proactive identification and resolution of project challenges using field knowledge and experience
- Mentoring and development of Project Managers and Engineers
- Primary point of contact between district field operations and executive leadership
What It Takes

- Minimum 2 years estimating experience with direct involvement in bid preparation and review
- Proven track record managing and mentoring teams of Project Managers and Engineers
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects across a geographic region
- Working knowledge of project scheduling principles and ability to review and interpret schedules
- Background from a mid-sized construction company, not highly siloed roles at large corporations
- True multi-tasker comfortable operating across multiple disciplines without rigid role boundaries
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between California and Arizona
- Preferred: Viewpoint, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 proficiency
