A self-performing contractor in Texas is hiring a hands-on Dirt Foreman to lead earthwork and site construction crews. This is a direct leadership role where you’ll own daily operations, quality, and safety on active job sites. What you will run
- Daily crew operations and workflow on earthwork and site construction projects
- Blueprint and grading plan interpretation and execution
- Quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Safety and compliance on site
- Direct supervision of crew members
What it takes
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in earthwork or site construction
- Ability to read and interpret grading plans and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Willingness to be on site and in the field every day
Compensation
$80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and track record.
