Amundson Group
A self-performing contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is hiring a Project Manager to lead utility projects ranging from $100K to $20M. This is a stable, field-focused role with minimal travel and real growth potential in a veteran-owned firm that values execution and culture fit.
What You Will Run
You will own project delivery from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, crews, and client relationships on private utility work. Your projects will be mid-sized and complex enough to matter, but the company keeps travel light. Most days you are in the DFW area, occasionally Waco. You will report directly to leadership and work alongside division managers who care about how you lead.

- Honest communication, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build trust with crews and clients
- We will consider both Assistant Project Managers and Senior PMs with the right fit

- Performance bonus tied to annual salary
- 401K match up to 3 percent for employees contributing 6 percent
- Health insurance with three tier options
- Company truck or allowance
The Process
Phone conversation, in-person interview with leadership and possibly a division manager, then a lunch meeting to confirm culture fit. The company moves fast for the right candidate and can start immediately.
