A self-performing heavy civil contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead roadway and infrastructure projects in the Norcross area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own project delivery from start to finish, managing teams, budgets, and schedules on complex jobs. What You Will Run
- Day-to-day management of roadway and heavy civil projects
- Budget tracking, schedule management, and cost control
- Direct supervision and leadership of field and office teams
- Problem-solving on site conditions, safety, and logistics
- Client communication and project reporting
What It Takes
- 5+ years managing roadway or heavy civil projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and valid driver’s license preferred
