This is hands-on work installing storm, sewer, and water systems on active civil construction sites across the region. What You Will Run
- Install storm, sewer, and water utilities on site development projects.
- Assist with trenching, laying pipe, grade checking, and backfilling operations.
- Spot for equipment operators and coordinate with other crew members to keep production moving.
- Maintain safe work practices and communicate progress, material needs, and safety concerns to your Foreman or Superintendent.
What It Takes
- Prior experience on a pipe crew working with storm, sewer, or water utilities. This is non-negotiable.
- Comfort working outdoors and in trenches on fast-paced civil projects.
- Reliability and a safety-first mindset. You follow direction and take the work seriously.
- Ability to work closely with operators, laborers, and crew leadership.
- We are open to different experience levels and will consider candidates from other civil crews with transferable underground utility experience.
The Opportunity
Our client has a strong pipeline of underground utility and site development work throughout Central Florida. They are a stable, established contractor with a solid reputation and consistent workload. This hire directly supports their production schedule and keeps projects on time. You will be working field-based across Central Florida with travel varying by project, but staying local and regional.
Compensation and benefits are determined by the client based on your position and experience level. PTO and 401k eligibility follow company policy.
