A self-performing contractor is hiring a Superintendent for a battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Shiloh, Georgia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage construction operations on a specialized energy infrastructure build. If you’ve run BESS projects before, this one’s built for you.
What you will run
- Day-to-day construction operations and crew coordination on a BESS project
- Quality control, safety compliance, and schedule management in the field
- Direct supervision of trades and subcontractors
- Communication between the field, project management, and ownership
What it takes
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on BESS or similar energy infrastructure projects
- Strong track record managing crews and maintaining schedules on specialized construction
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Safety-first mindset and knowledge of relevant compliance standards
- Willingness to be hands-on and present at the jobsite
Compensation
Salary range: 120K to 150K, depending on experience and background.
