## Wastewater Project Manager

A self-performing wastewater contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is building out its mid-level leadership team. They have strong senior leadership in place and are actively hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to pursue more and larger wastewater contracts across the region. This is a growth role with real advancement potential.

## What You Will Run

- Manage wastewater construction projects across the DFW Metroplex
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination on general contractor wastewater work
- Work within a local DFW geography alongside a stable, long-tenured leadership team
- Senior Project Managers with strong performance may advance to Project Executive within approximately one year

## What It Takes

- Minimum 3 years as a true Project Manager (not project engineer or assistant PM)
- Wastewater construction experience is strongly preferred
- 5, 7, or 10 years of PM experience is more competitive
- Background from firms like Archer Western, McCarthy, Austin Industries, Haskell, Garney, MWH, or similar general contractors
- Willingness to permanently relocate to DFW if you are currently out of state
- Must be based locally in the DFW area. No travel-based roles.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Project Manager (3-5+ years): $125,000 – $155,000 base
- Senior Project Manager: $155,000 – $175,000 base
- Top-track Senior PM: Up to $185,000 base (for candidates on credible path to Project Executive within 12 months)
- Vehicle allowance: $950 per month plus gas card
- Bonus: 15-20% of base salary, individually performance-based
- Relocation assistance: Approximately $15,000 (standard; case-by-case flexibility)

## Location

All work is within the DFW Metroplex. This contractor does not pursue projects outside the greater DFW area. Permanent relocation to the region is required.
