## Project Manager

A self-performing construction contractor in the Charlotte area is hiring a Project Manager to lead operations on active projects. This is a direct replacement for a retiring team member, with a January 2027 start date. If you’ve managed construction projects and want to work for a stable, established firm, this is a real opportunity.

## What you will run

- Day-to-day project execution and coordination
- Scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Subcontractor and vendor management
- Quality control and safety oversight
- Client communication and project reporting

## What it takes

- Proven Project Manager experience in construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to be on-site and in the field regularly
