## Project Manager

A self-performing contractor in North Georgia is hiring a Project Manager to run multiple active projects across the region. This is a balanced field and office role where you will own scheduling, cost control, client relationships, and day-to-day project execution. If you have solid horizontal construction experience and want to work for a stable, established firm, this is a real opportunity.

## What You Will Run

- Subcontracts, pay applications, scheduling, and cost tracking across all active projects
- Change orders, plan reviews, and equipment projections
- Weekly progress meetings and monthly cost-to-complete reporting
- Long-term client relationships and account management
- Field oversight and office coordination on a 50/50 split

## What It Takes

- Proven Project Manager experience in horizontal or sitework construction (not primarily vertical)
- Comfort with subcontract management, scheduling software, and cost reporting
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel across North Georgia on a project basis
- Ability to work 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend work

## The Role

Based out of Fairburn, GA with travel throughout the North Georgia territory. You will split your time between the field and office, attending weekly project meetings and maintaining detailed cost tracking and reporting. This is hands-on project management for someone who wants to stay connected to the work while managing the business side.

## Compensation

Base salary range: $125K to $140K, depending on experience and background.
