## Junior Estimator – Phoenix, AZ

A self-performing contractor in the Arizona market is hiring a Junior Estimator ready to own estimates with mentorship. This is a real estimating role, not a takeoff desk. If you can run a full estimate independently but are early enough in your career to benefit from senior oversight, this is your next move.

## What You Will Run

- Complete full estimates independently, with guidance from senior estimating staff
- Perform quantity takeoffs using HCSS and Bluebeam on your own
- Focus on dirt and pipe work; structures experience is a bonus
- Learn and apply Arizona market unit costs and pricing
- Develop relationships with local subcontractors as the division scales

## What It Takes

- Arizona-based or willing to relocate to the Phoenix market
- Proven ability to complete a full estimate, not just takeoffs
- Working proficiency in HCSS and Bluebeam
- Background in dirt and pipe work preferred; structures is a secondary skill
- Detail-oriented, coachable, and motivated to grow within a scaling operation

## Compensation

Approximately $150K annually.
