## Earthwork Estimator

A self-performing heavy civil contractor on the Carolina coast is hiring an Earthwork Estimator to support rapid growth in their grading and earthwork division. This is an immediate opening for someone who knows how to price grading operations competitively and accurately.

## What You Will Run

- Estimate grading and earthwork scopes for highway, roadway, and site civil projects
- Develop competitive bids for grading and earthmoving operations
- Coordinate with operations and project management on awarded work
- Support the coastal division’s growth in grading and earthwork volume

## What It Takes

- Grading and earthwork estimating experience required. This is not an asphalt estimator role.
- Solid grasp of takeoffs, material quantities, equipment production rates, and subcontractor pricing for grading scopes
- Heavy civil or highway contractor background strongly preferred
- Willingness to be based in Conway, SC (preferred) or Wilmington, NC area
- Civil engineering, construction management, or related degree a plus, but not required

## Compensation

90,000 to 125,000 annually, based on experience.
