# What Information Does Amundson Group Ask for During the First Discovery Call?

During a first discovery call, Amundson Group typically asks about your current job title, employer, location, commute preferences, reasons for considering a change, and current compensation. They also want to understand what salary and geography requirements would motivate a move. The goal is to match you to relevant open roles, so the more context you share, the better they can help.
