# What Happens If an Offer Gets Made but the Hiring Process Stalls or Communication Breaks Down?

It happens, and we stay in it. When a client goes quiet, our team escalates, including involving senior leadership to contact the client directly at a decision-maker level. We also keep the candidate informed every step of the way, provide benefits and offer details we have on file when the client is slow to send paperwork, and help both sides push to a close. We are only paid when a placement is made, so we have every reason to keep things moving.
