# What Does a Construction Manager Recruiter Do?

A construction manager recruiter finds, screens, and places experienced construction management professionals with contractors who need them. At Amundson Group, we focus on placements across heavy civil, site development, data center, rail, tunnel, and wastewater projects nationwide. Our recruiters work closely with candidates and hiring companies to understand project scope, leadership needs, and long-term fit. We evaluate qualifications such as PMP certification, budget management experience, safety records, and team leadership history, then connect the right people with the right opportunities. We handle the full process from initial screening through offer negotiation, so candidates can explore opportunities without disrupting their current role. We also provide market insight and salary guidance along the way. For current pay ranges by role, see our Construction Placement Pay Index at [https://amundsongroup.com/construction-pay-index/](https://amundsongroup.com/construction-pay-index/)
