# What Data Center Construction Jobs Are Available in Texas Right Now, and What Do They Pay?

Texas is one of the most active data center construction markets in the country, with major activity in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Amundson Group recruits data center construction professionals across Texas and nationwide, placing project managers, superintendents, project engineers, estimators, schedulers, foremen, and skilled trades into these roles.

Pay for data center construction work runs above comparable roles in other sectors, reflecting tight labor supply and the technical demands of mission-critical builds. What moves your number most is years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction, project size and complexity, specific certifications, and whether the role requires travel or relocation.
