# How Does Amundson Group Find Construction Candidates to Recruit?

Amundson Group uses a direct headhunting model, proactively identifying and calling construction professionals based on their background, not just waiting for applicants. Recruiters make outbound calls, leave personalized voicemails, and follow up to connect with both active and passive candidates. This targeted outreach, combined with inbound inquiries from candidates seeking new opportunities, allows Amundson Group to build a robust pipeline of vetted construction talent for client companies.
