# Does Amundson Group Recruit Construction Candidates Who Are Not Actively Job Searching?

Yes. The majority of Amundson Group's outreach targets passive candidates, experienced construction professionals who are currently employed but open to better opportunities. Our headhunters proactively identify and contact candidates based on role fit, not just those who have submitted applications. Many of our most successful placements come from candidates who weren't actively looking when we first called.
